Retreat~Rest~Teaching!

Besides serving as an effective tool for unifying different organizations, "Astor" was also used by families and other intimate groups for a time of: rest... ministry... reviewing the Word... promoting healing... and of teaching.

It was a training center, in a retreat environment, where people were able to receive much more easily than they could when influenced and distracted by outside surroundings. Getting away from the responsibilities of their own environment freed them to concentrate on what God had for them.

What they experienced was beneficial, not only for the ones that came to learn and be healed... but for their home church fellowships, as they went back to share what they had learned and experienced.
