We believe that our calling is to be able to provide a haven for refreshment, encouragement, and teaching to the already existing leadership, staff and families who have dedicated their lives to others. Thus we can strengthen and reproduce ourselves and our success without the monumental expense of operating facilities all over the country. We are providing more than a retreat. It is not only be a place to get away from it all... but a place to be healed and equipped to return to the "front lines" of service. Young people are another valuable resource to be counted on to help their peers. As they come to be encouraged themselves and instructed in practical ways to help kids in trouble, they will in turn go back to their communities on fire... excited and ready to make a difference. They will have a wonderful experience and build character as they reach beyond themselves.
